Who is PaperPie?

Our Company: EDC began as a publishing company specializing in books for children. EDC is the owner and exclusive publisher of Kane Miller Books; Learning Wrap-Ups, maker of educational manipulatives; and SmartLab Toys, maker of STEAM-based toys and games. EDC is also the exclusive United States MLM distributor of Usborne Publishing Limited children’s books.

PaperPie is our home business division that sells direct to the customer. Products are sold nationwide through Independent Brand Partners who share books and educational materials with their customers in various ways, including parties, on social media, at book fairs, in schools and public libraries, and more.

What is PaperPie?

Paper: Paper is our medium of communication – it’s what our products are made out of – it literally gives life to our mission, whether it’s a board book, puzzle pieces, chapter books, or creative activities. We’re passionate about how children consume information – so our products are exceptional, innovative, and joy-filled. In our world of shiny, noisy distractions, it’s never felt more important to provide tangible literacy and learning tools to feed the imaginations, grow the emotions, and nourish the minds of children.
